I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy and maintain a private practice in San Antonio, Texas. I also am licensed as an LMFT in the states of Utah and Arizona, where I offer telehealth sessions. 

I have over 20 years experience as a marriage and family therapist, and specialize in Family Therapy, Women's Issues, Couple Issues, Military Families, and Adolescent Challenges. I am  an interactive, solution-oriented therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
